11-54 is the story of a filly exploring a strange facility filled with hostile creatures and unstable architecture.
You've gone quite a ways in the last few days but as it stands, your journey is not over.
So far you were birthed into the facility, full of life, met your end only to be spit out again. Found some supplies and met a friend, died and was reborn once again. You found some guns and reunited yourself with your clone and wandered into a bio-lab and out-ran a pack of feral creatures.
You met a pony who couldn't move and left him to die as he asked. You took a small tour that explained some things about The Patwrite facility and you wandered into Bio-testing Theta where you learned about some of the other Bio-forms that were a part of Project Perfection. After this Bio-form 8-22 has introduced himself and tried to kill you. You managed to capture and beat him before leaving him for dead. You climbed up through a hole and ran away from some robots and now you stand in a big strange room.
What will you do now?

Come on in to the 11-54 CYOA and help this filly avoid death.

"I want to try something different. Get in."
>You both hop in the vehicle and learn that the seat springs are not very comfy.
>Once inside you take a better look at the controls. There are two sticks and two peddals for the pilot, as well as some buttons on the sticks. The gunner gets a bunch of toggle switches and a control stick.

>After fiddling with the controls a bit, you learn that the left stick controls which way the mech walks and the right stick controls the orientation of the cab. You hind hooves don't quite reach the pedals but you compensate with your telekinesis. Pushing one of the pedals forward causes the legs to compress independently, nearly knocking the mech over in the process. You expect that you may be able to make the mech jump if you compress both quickly and you seem to be able to make the mech sort of crawl if you keep both compressed and use the left stick.
>Spearmint speaks up, "According to this display, we have 473 rounds and one missile. Also, I just played with this aiming system a little bit and I don't have much room to aim, so try to keep something we're shooting at in front of us."

>Sand blowing in
Possibly really, really bad news. If we're in a desert it's going to suck once we get out without transport or revisions. The mech can move faster than we can, but how's the fuel holding up?

Anyone else for trying to establish communication?

I think this is an artificial intelligence trying to tell us we're doing something unusual and to stand down, but I don't think we can afford to do that just yet. They like formal talk, so I think we should be polite.

"This is mech pilot, I am having trouble with communication systems. Please be aware, that communication systems are erratic. I cannot understand what you are saying. Please identify yourself and continue to repeat message, over."

Even if it is we still have several problems, first is that there's got to be something in place to prevent all the horrors from escaping this place. Second even if we can get past whatever it is we're still going to need supplies if we want to survive a trip through the desert.

I think the robots are going to turn hostile very soon. They've figured out we're not the regular pilot.

I imagine there might be a survivor in there. WE MUST BE THE FIRST AND ONLY TO HAVE DIBS ON THIS WRECKAGE.

Keep a very leery eye on the creatures, but stomp forward. We are big. We are scary. We have a cannon bigger than they are. Go ward the monsters off with our mechanized presence, and possibly some angry mech-foot stomping on the ground if they don't take the hint.

I am far more worried about an angry swarm of combat robots who know how this thing works and how it might be taken down quickly than the random critters on scene.

TLDR: Do not point gun at robots. Yet. They are not hostile. Yet. Do not piss them off. Do not waste ammo on animals. Use angry mech stomps to scare away animals. Investigate wreck for survivors.

OK, well since he's critter-chow if he stays where he's at, I recommend lifting him off the pole through the windshield. Though the new pony we encountered may be traumatized if our actions end up killing this guy, so we might have to take a moment to explain quickly to him that we've been trapped in here for years, and the odds of getting outside help are low to nil, and he's a goner if we don't get him out of there and some wound treatment.

Also check to see if there's a first aid kit or something in the heli, at the very least we should try and get him some pain killers.
Oh and once bandaged we should cover him with something, he's undoubtedly going to go into shock soon and we will need to keep him warm if he's to have any chance of survival.

If not, give a bit of CPR, stuff the wounds as tight as possible, then administer the adrenaline shot and resume CPR.

Maybe we should tell her that we can spill the beans once we find someplace safe to hunker down. Also, that there is a psycho pegasus running around killing blokes, and that if she forgets the whole 'don't bring a wall of flesh, steel and teeth down on our heads" rule there's no guarantee a locked room can help her.

Several problems with the front door.
1) We don't really know where it is exactly and even if we did many of the corridors are completely impassible.
2) As previously mentioned depending on which end of the facility you head towards you'll either run into monsters emerging from the depths or machines trying to kill anyone heading for the exits.
3) Even if we did find the door all we really know is out there is lots of desert and trading death by monster or robot for death by dehydration/exposure isn't really all that great.

So right now we're trying to find more supplies, a way out and some information on what's exactly outside.

Oh and FYI if you see a pegasus stallion about speak up immediately, the psycho is copy cloned by the facility every time he dies and has taken to hunting sapients for fun.

You know redcap mare is acting quite strange. I mean she's just been through a major crash and seen her companions die and seems pretty unfazed. While that could be explained by her being a jaded war reporter or something there's still the fact that when presented with a FILLY wearing a guard uniform in an abandoned facility her first thought is that we work there? Also she's yet to seem surprised by the fact that aside from age and damage we look identical to Spear, and some of what that stallion said before he died "Son of a bitch, don't listen to a damn thing she says" and "She killed us, she fucking killed us!" again while this might have been shock and trauma talking I still think we should be wary of our new companion.

You may or may not be in a state of shock right now, so whenever you start to feel like the reality of the situation is about to hit you, let us know. Last thing we need is a pony freaking out while we're trying to keep quiet.

So, I'm actually going to be busy with some shit that just cropped up this weekend so I'm not going to have enough time to run any quests. As such, it might be best to let the thread die here since I'll be swamped until at least Tuesday.
As an extra bonus That person who decided that 11-54 needed to end here can have the satisfaction of writing the ending if I die or something and don't come back!

But seriously, I've only had someone pretend to be me 2 times and both times, no artwork. I am so very disappointed.

So yeah, That's what's going on. I'm going to get back to work.
